ANATOMY OF THE BRAIN

The brain is an organized structure. It is divided into many parts that serve specific and important functions.
Brain, Spinal cord, and the Nerves connected to them all together makes the Nervous System.
The nervous system is commonly divided into the Central Nervous System and the Peripheral Nervous System.
The central nervous system is made up of the Brain, its Cranial Nerves, and the Spinal Cord.
The peripheral nervous system includes the Spinal Nerves branching from the spinal cord and the Autonomic Nervous System.
The autonomic nervous system is further divided into the Sympathetic Nervous System and the Parasympathetic Nervous System.
